AGL Indicol G ~ Bruce Banner (Strawberry Diesel x OG Kush) vape cartridge review

"It’s a powerful strain whose effects come on quickly and strong and then tend to settle into a euphoric and creative buzz. The sativa effects of this strain are most evident and linger mostly in the head, but it does also provide body relaxation and pain relief that make it an appropriate daytime medication for some" ~ Leafly.com

Categories of Marijuana...

NOTE: Everybody’s body chemistry is different and you may experience strains differently.....this is just a  basic guide..i always thought all weed was the same...so not true

There are four main categories...Sativa-dominant strains, which you would describe as a cerebral, head-high.  Indica-dominant strains, which offer a pain-relieving, body-stone.  Hybrid strains, which are a cross-breed of Indica and Sativa strains. Lastly, you have high CBD strains.

Sativa-dominant strains are better for day-time smoking. They are usually very clear-minded and active strains that will keep you going throughout your day. Treating anxiety and depression is no-problem with Sativas; many patients feel incredibly uplifted and full of energy upon using them.

Indica-strains are recognized as the most medicinally-beneficial type of marijuana because of their pain relieving effects. These strains are great for night time and will keep you on the couch, creating a very pleasant sedating effect. They’re perfect for nausea, vomiting, any type of body pain, appetite induction, insomnia — you name it!

Hybrid (My Personal Favorite) strains are a cross breed of two different types of marijuana plants, usually Sativa and Indica. This results in a very full type of high, giving you all of the beneficial elements that marijuana has to offer. Hybrids are becoming incredibly popular in the medical marijuana field. Patients enjoy getting the best of both worlds without being put down on the couch from a heavy Indica. These strains will usually be identified with a percentage of sativa vs. indica. You’ll be given something like 60% indica / 40% sativa. This would simply mean that the hybrid is Indica-dominant, resulting in slightly more of a body high. Hybrids are perfect for any time of the day and almost any type of ailment! Be careful around bedtime as some high% Sativa hybrids give you energy and a creative mind.

CBD   cannabidiol  High content of CBD has desirable results for medical patients since it does not cause associated mental impairment, or side effects in addition to its ability to neutralize pain. great for people who do not want to experience the HIGH but still want the medicinal properties.

Banana Hemp Seed Oatmeal

today's healthy choice breakfast:

1 cup organic oatmeal..made according to package directions
1 banana
1 tablespoon organic raw shelled hemp seed
1 tablespoon REAL organic maple syrup (regular maple syrup is only colored sugar water)
OR 1 tablespoon CannaHoney to medicate

I have recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol so I have been doing a dietary experiment to reduce the bad cholesterol LDL number with diet instead of pills from the doctor.  I have added oatmeal almost daily, increased my fruit intake a bit, the doctor recommended Omega 3s and 6's .. so I am trying hemp seed to get the benefits.

Wanna Save/Extend your Meds

If your thrifty like me you will want your stash to last as long as possible.. i have found the best way to do this is to vaporize your marijuana and then use the ABV (already been vaped) to make tinctures, edibles or even vape juice.  Smoking it combusts it and all product is gone after the first use (and causes all kinds of other stuff not preaching but…)..… you will get the same if not better results from vaping, and save in the process.    There are many excellent products on the market for vaping marijuana from desktop models to portable pen models.  After vaping your marijuana empty your vaporizer into a mason/glass jar (don’t use plastic here) and store in a dark place (light degrades thc fast) until ready to use.

Fioraden B Wild Berry /Sativa review

sativa tested in at about 13% THC according to label.

gonna start off the day with some coffee and a few quick hits Fioraden B Wild Berry Vape Pen from Advance Grow Labs..

the strain contained within is Ghost Train Haze..a sativa cross between Ghost OG and Neville’s Wreck. Unlike typical sativas, With a sour citrus and floral aroma, Ghost Train Haze delivers a potent dose of THC to knock out pain, depression, and appetite loss, but patients prone to anxiety should steer clear of this heavy-hitter. Low doses are conducive to concentration and creativity.

good for daytime use..
  • I can stay motivated and keep working without my ADD kicking in
  • make me hungry (not a fan of this)
  • nice flavor on vape
  • doesn't burn back of throat like some other vapes do
  • no couch lock
Good Morning......off to work...make it a great one!

Decarboxylation for Edibles and Tincture

1. Preheat the oven to 240° F. / 115° C...no higher or you will burn off the THC

2. Break up cannabis flowers and buds into smaller pieces with your hands.

3. Put the pieces in one layer on parchment paper in a pyrex dish covered with foil.

4. Bake the cannabis for approximately 45 minutes (for kief only 10-15 minutes)

5. When the cannabis is darker in color, a light to medium brown, and has dried out, remove and allow to cool. It should be quite crumbly when handled.

6. In a food processor, pulse the cannabis until it is coarsely ground (you don’t want a superfine powder). Store it in an airtight container and use as needed to make extractions

my Cannabutter/CannaCoCoOil RECIPE

I like small batches...easy to control ;)   I use a 1:1 ratio

1/4 OZ ABV...(Already Been Vaped) Marijuana...if not you will need to decarboxylate (see next blog)  your weed to activate the thc

1 stick organic UNSALTED butter  OR 1/2 cup organic coconut oil.....if you're dairy free

  1. Melt the butter/oil on very very low heat in a medium saucepan..(I like double boiler) or crock pot
  2. Add the ground buds to the melted butter or oil..DO NOT BOIL or you will lose your THC content
  3. Simmer on a low heat for at least 4-6 hours, stirring frequently. While simmering, you should see start to see small bubbles forming on the surface.
  4.  after 4-6 hours strain the butter into the container using the fine metal strainer to filter out the ground bud or cheesecloth
  5. Press the spoon against the ground bud in the metal strainer to squeeze all the cannabutter.
there are many many ways of doing this..this is my preferred method.

add to everything...lol
