Decarboxylation for Edibles and Tincture

1. Preheat the oven to 240° F. / 115° C...no higher or you will burn off the THC

2. Break up cannabis flowers and buds into smaller pieces with your hands.

3. Put the pieces in one layer on parchment paper in a pyrex dish covered with foil.

4. Bake the cannabis for approximately 45 minutes (for kief only 10-15 minutes)

5. When the cannabis is darker in color, a light to medium brown, and has dried out, remove and allow to cool. It should be quite crumbly when handled.

6. In a food processor, pulse the cannabis until it is coarsely ground (you don’t want a superfine powder). Store it in an airtight container and use as needed to make extractions
